We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and South Africa.

Can I get a Refund?

At Saltura, every hat is checked carefully before it’s sent out. Because of this, we only offer refunds if something is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • Your hat arrives damaged,
  • Your hat is faulty, or
  • You received the wrong item.

To process a refund, the hat must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Send back with proof of purchase and photo evidence of the issue

What We Don’t Refund

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size/colour chosen by the customer
  • Hats that have been worn or used

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem
