At Saltura, every hat is checked carefully before it’s sent out. Because of this, we only offer refunds if something is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- Your hat arrives damaged,
- Your hat is faulty, or
- You received the wrong item.
To process a refund, the hat must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Send back with proof of purchase and photo evidence of the issue
What We Don’t Refund
- Change of mind
- Wrong size/colour chosen by the customer
- Hats that have been worn or used
How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- A short description of the problem
