At Saltura, every hat and Tee is carefully inspected before being shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Because of this, we do not accept returns.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following cases:
Your item arrives damaged
Your item is faulty
You received the wrong item
If any of the above apply, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must:
Be unworn and unused
Be in original condition
Include proof of purchase
Include clear photo evidence of the issue
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or colour chosen by the customer
Items that have been worn or used
